NEW!! RESET & RECHARGE IS IN THE WORKS!
Join us for a free, interactive day designed to help you understand the habits of mind that can create stress, frustration and self-doubt—and discover simple tools for responding differently.
Through conversation, creativity, movement and shared experience, you’ll build your own mental fitness toolkit filled with practical tools you can use in real life.
You’ll leave with greater awareness, practical tools, and the warmth of having spent the day learning and connecting with others.
No experience required. Just come as you are.
✅ An introduction to the most common ways we unknowingly sabotage ourselves
✅ Simple mental fitness practices you can use anywhere
✅ A playful creative project—no artistic ability needed
✅ Gentle, accessible movement breaks
✅ Time to reflect, share and connect with others
✅ A warm, welcoming day spent in community
✅ Your own mental fitness toolkit to take home
There will be plenty of lightness and laughter along the way.
Sharing is always optional.

Is This Workshop for You?
Crafting Wellbeing is for anyone who:
✅ Gets caught in overthinking, worry or self-criticism
✅ Finds themselves reacting in familiar ways—even when those reactions aren’t helping
✅ Wants practical tools for navigating everyday stress
✅ Enjoys learning through conversation, creativity and connection
✅ Could use a day devoted to their own wellbeing
You don’t need to be artistic, athletic or familiar with mental fitness.
Just bring your curiosity. We’ll take care of the rest.
