Weekly group meal prep / education / support where the participants provide ingredients and work collaboratively to
prepare and take home food ready to be eaten!

Participants will also learn cooking made easy hints and tips as well as thing like:

Mark yourself as ‘going’ on the Facebook event and Register via $20 Interac transfer to Lauren@laurenhelmkay.com by Wed 6pm
Join the @georginamealprepclub Facebook group, where a link to our Google spreadsheet will be posted.
Participants choose which ingredients they will provide, and write their names next to them.
Education will also be provided on specific topics as the group prepares the weekly recipes.
