What It Is:
Weekly group meal prep / education / support where the participants provide ingredients and work collaboratively to:
1) Prepare and take home 3 ‘buddha bowl’ type containers with prepped ingredients
These can be eaten ‘as is’ buddha bowl style, and/or instruction and recipes will also be provided on ways to use these prepared ingredients in different dishes through the coming week
2) Prepare an additional ‘Lauren’s Choice’ recipe together and take a serving or two home
Participants will also learn weekly about a feature topic:

How It Works:
A Facebook event is put up weekly under Lauren Helmkay Wellness
Mark yourself as ‘going’ on the Facebook event and Register via $20 Interact transfer to Lauren by Wed 6pm
Join the @realprepmealprepclub Facebook group, where ingredients will be posted by Thursday noon as a ‘poll’ (sorry for another group but only way I can do a poll)
Participants choose which ingredient(s) they will provide and mark off on the poll
Please email Lauren if you’d like to see a short video on how this works!
Lauren will provide recipe ideas on what to do with your bowls, beyond eating as is!
Lauren will also choose an additional weekly recipe that the group will make interactively together, in addition to preparing the buddha bowls.
Education will also be provided on specific topics as the group prepares the weekly recipe.
When & Where:
Initial prep – Saturday June 3th. We’ll set a weekly date and time based on feedback from the group
